Please keep in mind that the request of reservation on this site is in no way, comfirmation of your booking. The reservation form on this website is part of our pre-booking procedure and is by no means absolutely certain that your request will be fulfilled unless you acquire your ticket.

Our agent will get in touch with you to let you know about the booking procedure of your chosen cruise, tour, activity or service.

Some trips require extra fees. These charges are optional and it is up to you to pay them or not. For example visiting inside monuments may require an extra fee.

We offer discounts to large groups, big families and to customers who wish to book multiple tours simultaneously. Also in most of our tours, we make discounts to children under 12 years old. This price may be a fraction of the original or free for really young children. Note please, that this depends on the tour as some of them have limited capacity.

In case the tour is cancelled because of  weather conditions or with our responsibiliity, you have full refund or you can change your tour date to another date.

In case of an accident or a serious medical problem, you can cancel your reservation and get a statement from our office to get your money back from your insurance company.

In this case you can provide your ticket to a friend of yours and let us know about  the name change.

You can bring anything you like with you though valueable belongings should be avoided. Other than that, you may bring your own food and drinks but keep in mind that you have the opportunity to purchase them on board or during our frequent stops.

In this case, it is up to you to change the date of your tour to another day.
